Cancellation & Refund Policy

At YMFEDUTECH PVT LTD, we provide high-quality educational consultancy services, and we operate with a strict NO REFUND policy on all payments. By using our services and making a payment, you agree to the following terms. ALL FEES PAID TO YMFEDUTECH PVT LTD ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, AND NON-ADJUSTABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This applies to all services, including but not limited to: Admission consultancy services, Digital courses and study materials, Visa and documentation assistance, Training programs, webinars, and workshops, Any other educational service provided by YMFEDUTECH PVT LTD. Refunds will NOT be granted for reasons such as: Change of mind or personal circumstances, Withdrawal from a course or service, Visa rejection, Delay or non-completion of the admission process, Any other unforeseen reason.Digital Products & Online Services: Once payment is made for any digital product (e-books, study materials, online courses, consultations), it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances. Rescheduling of live consultation sessions must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability. Physical Products (If Applicable) :Orders for physical materials (books, certificates, promotional items) can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted. Since all fees are non-refundable, no refunds will be provided for canceled physical product orders.nThe only circumstances where a refund may be considered are: If YMFEDUTECH PVT LTD fails to provide the purchased service due to an internal error, If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical issue.
Refund requests for these cases must be submitted in writing to contact@ymfedutech.com, along with proof of payment and supporting documentation.
