This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms related to the delivery of our digital and physical products (if applicable).Since we primarily provide educational consultancy services, most of our deliverables are digital, including:Online courses and study materials, Consultation services, Admission guidance and documentation support, E-books, PDFs, and other digital resources. Digital products will be delivered via email or through our online portal within 24 to 48 hours after successful payment confirmation. Live sessions and consultations will be scheduled as per the agreed-upon time between the client and our representatives. Access to online courses will be granted immediately or within 24 hours of registration. If any physical materials (such as books, certificates, or promotional materials) are to be shipped, the following terms will apply:We use reputable courier services for domestic and international shipping, Standard delivery time within India: 5-10 business days, International delivery time:10-20 business days, depending on location and customs procedures, Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, if applicable. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, customs clearance, incorrect address details) may cause delays. If your order is delayed, please contact our support team at contact@ymfedutech.com for assistance.
All fees paid to YMFEDUTECH PVT LTD are strictly non-refundable, including consultancy fees, course fees, admission guidance fees, and any other service charges.Once a payment is made, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances.In the case of installment-based payments, clients are required to complete all payments as per the agreed-upon terms.If a service cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances from our end, we will offer an alternative solution or reschedule the service.
For physical shipments, we will provide a tracking number once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor your package’s progress. Digital product orders cannot be canceled once access has been granted. For physical product shipments, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any changes to scheduled consultancy sessions must be requested at least 48 hours before the appointment.
